How to send products:
After the order is confirmed, the delivery time for Tehran is 1 working day and for other cities 3 working days, and shipping to all parts of the country is free.
Product exchange and return conditions:
Products can be exchanged or returned free of charge within 3 working days. After delivery to the customer, these products can be returned free of charge only if they are unworn and unused.

Shoe size: Please note that if you are not sure about the shoe size, contact the store for guidance before placing an order. After receiving the shoes, it is possible to exchange them only if the size is not suitable. If you want to return the product, please inform the store so that the necessary arrangements can be made for returning or placing a replacement order.

Order cancellation and rejection conditions:
